Kharbranth, the City of Bells, is an independent city-state on Roshar. It is one of the five Vorin nations and home to the Palanaeum, the largest library on Roshar.
Kharbranth is known for the quality of its hospitals, and people come from all over the world to study medicine from Kharbranth’s surgeons.
Campaign Notes
- Gavlin comes to Kharbranth to start his scholarly pursuits and learns how to be an artifabrian here.
- An Envisagers map points to another of their hideouts being in this city.
- The party sailed to Kharbranth after spending time in Vedenar. The barely escaped a highstorm and crashed into the Kharbranthian docks.
- Ravan Has been spending most of his time trying to find his mentor, Dahl. He found out that Dahl has spent some time in Kharbranth’s administrative offices at the palinaum and that spearheaded the party’s adventures in the conclave.
- Gavlin’s just been an artifabrian genius here and has spent most of his time in Gavlin’s Lab making some really cool shit.
- We did find out that Gavlin is something of a lady’s man here, and has been able to get dates very easily here.
- Nucko and Theren did their famous button museum and button factory heist here.
- Nucko stole thousands of marks worth of old clothes and buttons from this factory
- Nucko almost sealed the deal with Lia, but he was disguised as Jaro and he drugged Lia with some spiked wine.
- Lia later on hooked up with Jaro and they’re kind dating?
- Theren decided to test his division abilities in the museum and ended up burning down the museum and the factory.
- Kael found the Kharbranth hideout for the Envisagers, found out his father Elias was leading the Envsiagers, and Kael had to dual and kill his father with Jarro and Handsy helping.
- Kael buried his father and a shardblade he won from defeating his father in the Envisagers hideout
- Kale swore the second ideal of the Willshapers in this hideout.
- The party did spend some time in the Conclave where they, rescued Gavlin & Ravan, Theren had an awful conversation with Jasnah Kholin, and Rilano revealed he was working for The Diagram.
- The party fought The Muffin Man for the first time. While he ended up getting away, the party was able to kill his WhiteSpines and Khornaks.
- After the party defeated The Muffin man and his pets, they were attacked by the Diagram and Dahl bonded with Yelig-Nar.
- The party barely survived; Nucko lost an eye & Ravan lost an arm.
- King Taravangian’s Heist
- The party was hired by Captain Sebarial to rob King Taravangian’s palace and obtain a copy of the Diagram. This mission is still ongoing.
