Showed up during Dblar’s smuggler skirmish and actually helped, then handed the party a Letter of Marque on top of it — a document with enough real political weight behind it that even Sebarial would have coveted one. Genuine, uncomplicated goodwill from an official state navy is rare enough in this campaign that it’s worth noting in full: they intervened, they didn’t ask for anything sketchy in return, and nobody has had to burn a chapel or fake their own capture because of them since. This wiki intends to enjoy it while it lasts.
