Shai is a dustbringer radiant and a member of the Envisagers. She was an apprentice of Elias and a high ranking member of the Envisagers. Not much is known of her background, but she is passionate about this organization and accomplishing their goals.
Campaign Notes
Shai was the party’s first boss fight and they fought her and other Envisager members. She was fighting Kael in a solo duel and at one point Kael trapped her using his cohesion surge. She ripped her feet out of the stone, healed, and then glided away into a highstorm.
Kael had an interaction with her at the Bavland Glyphpool, where she told Kael the Envisagers had her mother, but the party hasn’t interacted with much with her since.
