Captain of a rival ship who pulled the classic move of impersonating the Veden royal navy, clocked the party’s stolen vessel for exactly what it was, and opened the whole encounter by chucking a Wanted Poster at Ravan. Points for style, even in defeat.

- Personally led a search of the party’s hold for contraband alongside Theren — thorough to a fault, even while technically committing fraud to get there.
- Threw down against Kael’s group in a duel, lost, and scrambled clear of Ravan’s Gravitation attack before it could do anything permanent.
- Got talked down by Theren and Ravan into pursuing actual legitimate justice instead of, presumably, whatever illegitimate justice she’d been running. Last confirmed sighting: in handcuffs, apparently on board with the new plan.
