Overview
Tavern owner whose wife, Elara — an amateur artifabrian with more curiosity than self-preservation instinct — vanished while researching spren, kicking off one of the party’s earliest side quests before anyone had any idea how deep that rabbit hole would go. Leif turned up again later, running the Glyphpool in Kharbranth, with his memory noticeably tampered with — the specifics of what happened to him in between remain politely unexamined. Whatever was done to his head, it left something behind: he can apparently still sense when someone nearby has bonded a spren, which several increasingly nervous party members can confirm firsthand.
