Stukov was the city-lord of Klna. He is a light-eyes of the sixth Dahn and was in the process of raising money to start a dueling league in Klna and Thaylenah. He robbed the dark-eyes of Klna to auction off their rare goods to fund this league, and if he hadn’t tried to rob Prawf and her perfect gemstone, it’s entirely possible he would have gotten away with this theft.
The dark-eyes (influenced by Prawf) eventually rebelled and overthrew the lighteyes of Klna. The party arrived at Klna and found that the darkeyes were auctioning off the lighteyes as slaves. Stukov was able to convince the woman next to him to write a letter in Herdazian sneakily to send off to Nucko the Button Thief and he convinced Nucko to rescue him to help him take the city back.
During a distraction Nucko rescued Stukov from his cage and left a illusion in his place. Nucko sneakily carried him back to the ship and Stukov convinced Nucko to contact his mercenary squad lead by Borash. Nucko thought he was negotiating well, but it turns out that the mercenary squad hated Stukov and Nucko ended up bringing the mercenary squad back to the city prematurely.
Torin took an instant dislike to Stukov and his racist, derogatory ways and as tensions arised Torin ended up shooting Stukov several times.
Torin and Nucko were eventually discovered by the party and the darkeyes and they were forced to bring Stukov back to the town square. Stukov continue to spout racist nonsense and Torin shot Stukov in the leg, where Stukov bled out and died.
